今天的句子比較簡單，那就簡單念一下好了。

But sometimes... the inner voice is simply not very nice at all. It is defeatist and punitive, panic-ridden and humiliating. It doesn't represent anything like our best insights or most mature capacities. It's not the voice of our better nature.

本來今天要結束的，但是受限於時間，所以舌顫音下次再講。

在西班牙文裡面，Q這個字母會跟U一起出現，不過U沒有發音，而且只有 que 以及 qui 這兩種組合。其他組合都是外來字，暫時不管。
qu 的發音，跟 ca, cu, co 這裡的 c 一樣，就是類似「哥」的音。

que 給 qui 這個我不知道該怎麼說，台語的「尖叫」嗎？

練習：¿Qué? 什麼？； ¿Por qué? 為什麼？； porque 因為； ¿Quién? 誰？； quiero 我想要； te quiero 我愛你（我想要你）

外來字母，發音跟 ca, cu, co 這裡的 c 一樣，不過 ki 和 ke 的時候不像 c 會變音。

基本上這個算外來字母，所以也只有外來語才會出現，發音類似「屋」

在字首，發「斯」的音。如果在母音後面，發 /ks/ 的音。

在母音前面，類似 /j/ 的音，也有人念 /ʒ/。母音後面，發「依」的音。

練習：yo 我； ayer 昨天； hoy 今天； soy 我是


*z
在西班牙它是發/θ/的音，在中南美洲則是發「斯」的音

練習：zapato 鞋子； diez 十； paz 和平

【心得】真的有時候最會挑剔自己的人往往就是自己啊～苛刻的聲音也許有時可以督促自己進步，但永遠不會讓我們快樂，因為它永遠可以挑得出毛病來。學會自我鼓勵，不要洩自己的氣也很重要啊～
