挨餓幾周之後，體內囤積的脂肪逐漸被耗盡，最後可以轉換成能量的東西只剩下蛋白質。到了這個時候，原本用來保命的必要蛋白質，像是用來對抗傳染病的抗體或用來產生力量的肌肉蛋白質，現在都會被改用來製造葡萄糖。

聽過斷食療法要停止進食三天，那是我目前無法達到的境界。

今天去捐血，每次成功捐完，心情都很好^^

我有斷食過一次,感覺很像在繭中等待天蠶變@@
