But the difficulty here is that the Middle east looks set to teach him a lesson, which is that it's easier to start a war than to end a war.

Now, these investigations take time because there are so many people involved in the targeting process.

Joe, this gets to the power of psychology in warfare.

You know, the Iranians, quite frankly, have not closed the straits physically.
