What are the key opportunities and challenges Vietnam faces in developing these international financial centers?

So the Vietnamese economy has been very successful developing its manufacturing sector.

It's very much plugged in in the regional and global supply chain for electronics and other manufactured goods.

So thinking about how to develop international financial centers, strengthening financial services.

I think it's a natural part of the the process.

So I think the key in developing an international financial center is not only having the hard infrastructure that's very attractive for financial institutions to be located in.

With the right expertise and the policies in place, I think Vietnam will see quite a bit of interest in the international investors in that idea.

Because finance is really the sector that requires a lot of well educated labor force.

What are the key requirements, particularly in terms of the regulatory environment, how to think about the relationship between capital account liberalization, domestic financial stability and the requirements for developing an international financial center.

So I think articulating the relationship between capital counter liberalization and developing an international financial center in Vietnam, that would be one of the key challenges in my mind.
