= main = the most important
-> the key/main points of sth
-> key words 關鍵字

b. main [men] (adj.) 主要的;最重要的
-> This is the main idea of the presentation.
這是這個報告的主旨。

2.
a. emotional [ɪˋmoʃən!] (adj.) 感情(上)的
= relating to emotions
* 跟心(heart)、情感(feeling)有關

b. psychological [͵saɪkəˋlɑdʒɪk!] (adj.) 心理的;精神的
= relating to psychology
* 跟思考(think)、大腦(brain)有關

c. mental [ˋmɛnt!] (adj.) 心理的;精神的
= relating to your mentality
* 跟態度(attitude)、心理(mind)、大腦(brain)有關
-> It’s all about your mentality.
= It all depends on how you think about it.
這全看你怎麼想。
* 有時會指一件事情只是想像的

* 不能當名詞
* reduction (n.)
-> We want to reduce the amount of people that go to Starbucks and don’t buy a coffee.
= We want to see a reduction in the amount of people that go to Starbucks and don’t buy a coffee..

-> What is this jacket made of? What kind of material is it?
這件夾克是什麼做的?他的材質是什麼?

= someone cares about material things
-> They are very materialistic.
他們非常物質主義。(他們很在乎物質享受。)

= sth that can be touched
-> My grandma doesn’t understand how the Internet works. She thinks it’s a tangible thing.

materials工具,用具
■hoard[hord] 貯藏、囤積
大量儲藏、囤積的物品

☺But the key thing here is to remember that sometimes we keep things because there is an emotional tie to it, and you want to decrease, whenever possible, your emotional tie to material objects.
但關鍵點在於要記住:有時候我們會囤積東西,是因為我們對這些東西有情感上的連結,而你要做的是盡可能不要讓你的情感被物質綁住。
【心得】I am a little bit of a hoarder, too. I keep a bunch of stuff that I don't really use but just don't want to throw it away. 其實留一些東西也沒啥不好的,萬一有一天不小心變成偉人了,紀念館至少還有些東西可以展覽。;) 這個理由(藉口)應該很正當(牽強)吧!?:p

I think I’m a holder for something that has emotional meaning to me. For instance like photos and something belongs to my family that I’ll definitely keep it with me. No matter where I go.
