Day 192. Hope everyone have a lovely Monday. 之前唸都市發展的書時，仕紳化(gentrification)就是一個很常被拿出來討論的議題。政府如何在公共建設中與人的使用與自由市場的發展之下，避免區域的仕紳化問題，這真的很值得深思與探討。就像台灣還是有許多地方公共建設、交通發展完善後，卻造成當地租金、房價、物價上漲，瞬間排擠了一般民眾及弱勢族群的居住與生活，這樣的問題還是屢見不鮮。(嘆～

今天聽Sam說，才知道你們上週出道~立即回到過去補聽~~~
感想嘛...覺得2人都展現專業阿~跟想像中的菜菜intern 大不同~~~
而Sam也沒有老鳥(?)架子~口說挑戰好有親和力啊!
雖然不知道我屬於哪個世代的口說挑戰者~畢竟這個「站」的人來來去去XD
