(Simon Sinek on Millennials in the Workplace)
And that's whats happening: unfettered access to highly highly addictive device. And like all addiction in time, you waste time, waste resources, and destroy relationships. In other words, an entire generation not only growing up with an addiction, but growing up with a lack of coping mechanisms they haven't learned - and aren't learning the social interactions that we need to learn to deal with stress in later life.

Day 238

And that's what's(補個') happening: unfettered access to highly highly addictive device. And like all addiction,(我覺得這裡要逗點) in time(=eventually) you waste time, waste resources, and destroy relationships. In other words, it's(我覺得有聽到這個字) an entire generation not only growing up with an addiction, but growing up with a lack of coping mechanisms.(個人以為這裡是句點) They haven't learned, and aren't learning the social interactions that we need to learn to deal with stress in later life.

And that's what's happening: unfettered access to highly highly addictive device. And like all addiction, in time you waste time, waste resources, and destroy relationships. In other words, it's an entire generation // not only growing up with an addiction, but growing up with a lack of coping mechanisms. They haven't learned, and aren't learning the social interactions // that we need to learn // to deal with stress in later life.

In other words, an entire generation not only growing up with an addiction, but growing up with a lack of coping mechanisms. They haven't learned and aren't learning the social interactions that we need to learn to deal with stress in later life.
Piano Concerto No 1, B Flat Minor, Op 23 open
