其實看到今天的主題，就跟Kristi一開始分享的一樣，都會覺得有聽過的大品牌會讓我們比較放心一點，那怕價格貴了一點，但就會覺得多了一點保障。
今天的影片有給我了一點資訊，或許下次真的也要來比對看看，覺得也可以因此省到一點錢也說不定XD 最後，我分享一首 "張雨生-大海" 是1992年發行的歌，等到我知道這首歌的時候人已經不在了。 說好的英文歌還在練習中>< 週二愉快

下次你去雜貨店時，試著比較雜牌商品和其對應的有品牌商品的成分和營養列表。就算沒有完全相同（有時真的會相同），也會讓你了解到它們有多相似！
