that you can learn while you watch your body

So the first term we are going to learn today is

Double Chin (雙下巴)

the 'Double Chin'

如果你發現如果你開始吃越來越多

So if you'll start to notice, as you start to eat more and more

your fat will start to sag and it'll look like you have two chins

那就是為什麼叫做Double Chin 雙下巴

As fat starts to grow here, it's called 'Water Wings'

或是Arm Flab

任何東西都在那裏擺動

Anything that jiggles or moves around
