the market because some of the merchants started to get the goods they have hidden for a long time in order to control the high prices here in the markets but right now we can manage a little bit food from the community kitchen sometimes some initiatives here in my camp have been run you know have been you know run by by some of the security workers so we managed to get a piece of bread after a long time and that was really very happy moment like my stomach did not receive those kind of this kind of a bread for a long time so today I started to feel a little bit energy in my body I can focus
