Because I‘ve gotten chunky in my old age, and I wanna sharpen up my physique.
I wish I didn’t have a short temper.
I would change my ability to commit to things I don’t wanna do.

最近晨跑訓練三天下來，覺得屁股更紮實了，之後還要再搭配其他訓練，以免年底嘉義半馬爆掉。
