- it means if the police arrest someone they take them away to ask them about a crime that they might have committed so you could be arrested for drunk driving. And arrest as of noun is the act of arresting someone, so driving under the influence of DUI(Driving under the influence), will allow the police officers to make an arrest.

- it means to make a formal statement saying that someone is accused of a crime so she's been charged with murder.

其實我每一個禮拜的口說挑戰都想配歌，只是因為版權的問題讓我沒有辦法加在音檔內，今天就跟大家介紹這首。

People usually don’t walk aisle(uncertain） on the street at night. At least a certain parts of count（至少有ㄧ定人數）.

Crime definitely has been reduced but you still have to be very careful about your own safety.

What words come to your mind when you hear the word, Public safety(公共安全)? The police, strict laws, security/surveillance /monitoring/CCTV cameras(監視器）?

Come in handy, to be especially useful; often in a particular setting (特殊的環境）or situation.

There’s no escape.無所遁行

But speech is a lot about thinking and deciding what to say. To see the connection between ideas to think about the situation even before you start talking.

You should always speak and not restrict（不需侷限） yourself when you are a beginner. You don’t have to worry about these issues.

But sometimes in academic professional settings(有時在學術專業領域）, you do have to think about what are you going to say. And this is not only true in English (but) it’s true in your native language as well or do your native think before you speak. And sometimes I don’t, and that gives me into trouble(有時後我不會先思考再說話，這讓我陷入麻煩）.

I would use the collocations(字彙搭配） :
Fight crime /Combat crime 打擊犯罪

Crime, as a countable noun(作爲ㄧ個可數名詞）, it means an illegal action which can be punished by law.
So, in this case I would say: Commit a crime 犯下ㄧ項罪行

The government is monitoring (監控）his phone calls.

Computer monitor瑩幕

A monitor can also mean監控器；like a radiation（幅射) monitor or a heart monitor.

CCTV, closed-circuit television. 錄像機，監視機

Arrested (被逮補)for drunk driving.

*DUI: driving under the influence.酒駕

She’s been charged (被控告)with murder.

【心得】果然還是要搭配執法夠嚴才行。現在台灣路上的監視器似乎也蠻多的，但罰則(像酒駕)就不夠力，沒辦法遏止犯罪。另外，在路上不要以為旁邊沒人就亂挖鼻孔，哪天被放上地圖的相片就糗了。
