明天下班後還要去看看他

也還沒來得及排版跟核對

社會的氛圍偏向強調歡樂，結果我們不但落得內心苦苦掙扎，還因陷於這樣的困境而感到羞愧。但事實上，沒有什麼比悲傷來得更自然而正常了。
【心得】笑話可以跟大眾講，甚至還可以開脫口秀賺錢，因為可以提振人心；傷心事的話就沒啥人想聽，也許因為每個人都有自己的悲傷要處理，如果再到處聽別人講，人生變得更灰暗吧!(這麼一想，心理醫生實在很辛苦)

今天話比較多

當ㄧ個人悲傷時，時間跟友善的環境是當時最好的選項，你不ㄧ定要知道什麼事，她也不ㄧ定要吿訴你，就像治水，應要別人說，築起高壘，水會潰堤，但沒人保證會好，只是相對不會崩潰。
