你可以抗拒那種想要對外昭告你的目標的誘惑。你可以延後得到別人讚美所獲得的滿足感，而你也能夠了解你的腦子會誤把「說過的話」當成「做過的事」。
【心得】我倒覺得關鍵不在說或不說，有人光說不做，也有人光想不做，重點還是在於執行力，務實訂目標+踏實執行才比較可能達成目標。

Day 365+1:

YA~~今天是突破一年的第一天~~~
難得留言 先來感謝一下前兩三週意外發現@unickname和@TDK在我口說挑戰下面給了小鼓勵~~

在這一年又一天的過程中
其實有時候也是挺混的
雖然相較以前 我感覺得到自己還是有點小進步
但口音和發音都還在持續努力中

但唯一一件我有堅持的事情
就是每天的挑戰都一定要完成
就算出去玩到忽略好幾天都一定要補完
所以現在回頭看 整整一年都有打勾的心情是很滿足的XD

這裡也是我第一次堅持要好好練英文那麼久的平台
希望可以繼續和大家一起努力～～

剩下52天，只能為台灣祈禱了
I don't agree. Maybe we should check the individuals about their ages, races and developing regions. I believe the culture and environment play important roles. BTW, I would like to tell others about my goals after achieving them, which make me feel much more confident.

昨天剛從福建回來就聽到花蓮地震的消息
幸好家裡的人沒事
不過東西還是散落一地
到現在還是有不少餘震
幸運沒有感受到七級主震的我體驗餘震還是很可怕
這真的是身為花蓮人第一次這麼怕地震
天佑花蓮.......
