我們都知道person這個字是人的單數，one person; two people，那personalize就是把一個東西，針對個人量身訂做的意思，有時候你在一些網站上，比如說衣服或是物品上，它都會有一些說明，

Personalized options are available.
你可以選擇把這個商品個人化。

現在很常見的是，比如說手機殼你可以放上自己的照片或是馬克杯等等。

句型研究：
“Can’t help but” 是「忍不住」、「不得不」的意思，有一點「就算要禁止自己做某件事也禁止不了」的意思。
