今天下午跟家人去探視一位阿姨，以前常看到她的時候覺得她只是沒有在運動然後胖胖的而已，近幾年比較少連絡加上三年前去澳打，今天看到她整個人臉帶病容沒有精神，走起路很孱弱的樣子，就覺得怎麼會差這麼多，整個人可能有消瘦了20公斤，原來人年紀大再加上生病可以如此嚴重，心裡覺得滿心酸的。希望ＶＴ的大家，或是你們的朋友家人都要好好為自己的健康著想。
