【心得】這影片的標題雖然用的是"怎麼要吵架吵贏"但我覺得比較像是在說如何成功地談判，我倒覺得影片講者如果下標為"如何化解爭吵"會更為貼切～其實在家裡面，嘴皮子佔上風，通常對自己也沒啥好處，有時真的不要得理不饒人啊～

今天的主題真的說中我的遭遇，早上和ㄧ個理念完全不同的長者（強勢愛控制人長者）進行一場交流，要讓他聽我說話前必需學會閉嘴讓他喧洩情緒（臭罵），然後再溫和口氣慢慢的讓他放下心房，交流溝通了5小時，終於讓他聽我說話了。呼呼.....耳朵快痛死了啦！被洗臉洗到爽！我又升級更進一步了！佩服自己^_^哈哈哈⋯⋯
