今天很忙，所以只能簡單唸一下句子

Persistence means you keep going / even when the going gets tough / and you stay focused on the task / without getting distracted. Resilience is toughness. 堅持是指就算挑戰的過程中任務越來越艱鉅，你也會繼續勇往直前，心無旁鶩地專注於把任務完成。恢復力則是指堅強的韌性，當你被擊倒時，能夠重新振作、再接再厲。當你兼具這兩種特質時，我們就稱這為「意志力」。一旦你具備意志力，任何學習都難不倒你。
