And funny enough, there's another research article published in December 2015 (in the journal LANGUAGE SCIENCES) saying, effectively, that a bigger vocabulary is a bigger vocabulary — no matter whether you are quoting Shakespeare or cursing like a sailor. Fluency in “taboo words” is correlated with having a larger vocabulary in general.
