Huahua以後一定是一個盡責的營養師，關鍵點都抓到了。

1. 用油的統計。我平常是吃雞胸肉，那天因為好市多的雞腿肉有折扣所以換吃去皮雞腿。雞腿去皮後油脂還是比雞胸多，所以我那天做飯沒用油。平常用橄欖油也都有在紀錄。其實練到後來光靠手感就能倒出剛好5g的油。
2. 我都用生米的重量去算，對照的也是生米的成份表。畢竟熟飯的水份比例不太好抓。電鍋煮好後就像切披薩一樣分成8塊，每餐吃一份剛剛好。
3. 190 g的蛋白質對照我的體重就差不多1.5倍的克數。我平常大概吃1.3倍，那天因為雞腿好好吃所以吃多了(遮臉)。我查到的是有在健身長肉的人吃到2倍比比皆是。也有研究顯示腎臟功能正常的人採取高蛋白飲食法兩年後並沒有傷害腎臟功能。有醫師針對這個主題寫了一篇blog：http://one-minutefitness.blogspot.tw/2014/12/blog-post.html
不過研究畢竟是國外在做，對亞洲人來說不知道能不能套用。我也不太想盡信，所以最近有在安排時間要去抽個血檢查腎指數。另外，沒在運動的人，建議吃到自己體重0.8-1倍的克數，如70公斤就每天吃56g-70g的蛋白質，好保持身體各種機能正常。
