se 字尾英式常用 / ze 字尾美式

Centre 英式拼法 Center 美式 (唸法一樣)
曾經英式體系老外跟我說 tre字尾才是對的，因為我寫ter，老美跟我說，他們喜歡亂拼........我連在美國的時候美國人就當英國人的面前模仿她講話然後說你們為什麼發音都要這麼奇怪，然後模仿一堆單字。英國人說我們是你們的祖先是你們亂改唸法，哈哈哈哈!! 反正大家好朋友，開開玩笑而已，Nobody cares。所以沒什麼對錯之分，看你喜歡什麼式就學什麼式，印度人也說英文阿，就沒人去說他們錯XD。

昨天說了算熱量算蛋白質什麼的，一定有蠻多人覺得超麻煩的。我也覺得超麻煩，不過我本身有一點數據狂，看到滿滿的數據會覺得爽，就持續紀錄下去了。

回應一下花花的問題，我算熱量就是做飯前用電子秤把食材的重量記下來，再對照食品營養成份資料庫算出各種營養比例。偶爾想吃外食的話就盡量打包回家，測量重量再到網路上搜尋對照的熱量。

不過現在的減重觀念已經有點不太重視算熱量這塊了。只要你吃的東西都是乾淨、未精緻加工過的原形食物。不喝含糖飲料，不吃零食。要吃到熱量爆表真的很難。反而去估計蛋白質的總量還比較重要。

所以不是每個要瘦身的人都要像我這樣算來算去。不過倒是挺建議嘗試算個幾次，讓自己知道什麼樣的東西大概熱量多少就好。以後大吃大喝前心裡都有個底。

這麼說來，我以前還曾帶過電子秤到IKEA餐廳吃飯前先秤一下牛排多重（遮臉）
