載錄這段時就真的一隻蚊子飛過來，然後我就雙手合十把牠送走了，然後錄完網頁又給我第二次錄音的機會，一怒之下我就去吃一塊多納茲的芋頭蛋糕(深夜不罪惡美食)，調整心情再回來錄音，結果吃完還一直卡痰，不過我還是完成惹。ㄎㄎ! 結尾再唸一次時露念了THE>>> Getting rid of "THe" mosquito.... Sorry!

我家很少殺蟲子，不過蚊子和小強除外。
特別是現在有小baby，看到蚊子更是欲除之而後快。

今天採用另一種方式錄音，就是參照胖子哥沒測試過的方法。
先用手機錄音，之後再用手機連接雙頭音源線接到筆電的麥克風孔。

消滅蚊子的話，許多生物（例如青蛙、魚、鳥）會少了一個食物來源。沒有了蚊子，植物也會因此喪失一個傳遞花粉的媒介。但有些科學家表示：蚊子其實並沒有那麼重要。

今天達成了連續上健身房60天的目標。感覺到全身的肌肉不斷的在成長，當然外表上看不出來，畢竟有厚厚一層油包住。兩個月下來瘦了4公斤多，很少，不過是意料中事。
我前次減重兩個月弄掉了11公斤，不過那真的要拼，每天要有一千大卡的熱量缺口。現在不年輕了，腰跟膝蓋都有舊傷，還是這樣慢慢來最穩。
上次減重有氧7成，重訓3成，1年半減了42公斤後就卡關了，怎麼做有氧都減不下去。然後搞到受傷不能運動後就放棄了，五六年的時間復胖回來。這次捲土重來完全反省之前的作法，把那當作一個失敗案例好好分析了一番，做了很多調查跟找了很多資料。這次絕對不會再失敗了。我是死胖子，但是我不會一輩子都是死胖子。

今天看影片的時候整個很煩躁XDD好討厭的翅膀聲啊！
重點是真的有一隻蚊子在我房間，一度以為她靠近我了XD
