【Chloe Ting’s 2 Weeks Shred Challenge 運動挑戰心得分享】
一.挑戰的動機：其實我知道"脂肪難消、肌肉難長"的道理，所以一開始就沒有對這個運動挑戰的成果有太大的期待。只是想要發揮實驗的精神，親身驗證一下，順便也挑戰一下自己的體能。
二.挑戰甘苦談：說真的如果我沒有在VT寫了我要做這個運動挑戰，我早就放棄了。這種運動對我來說，真的不是適合長久持續做。反正試過就好了，知道運動挑戰究竟是什麼滋味。不過說真的雖然每次運動的時候，都想把自己畢生學過的所有髒話都罵過幾輪，但每次完成後確實頗有成就感。(難不成這就是人類的天性：犯X)。還好我有做些調整，盡量把比較辛苦的、份量比較多的放在假日做，不然我真的會無法完成。伏地挺身真的讓我凍未條，所以幾乎都跳過；還有因為實在很多up&down plank，所以儘管我有在手肘下墊了墊子，但還是有受傷><
三.挑戰的收穫：1.體力/腿力變得比較好(難歸難但我居然還是可以做到的，港凍啊～TT)；2.體態上，其實感覺不出啥大變化，只是晚上肚子脹氣沒那麼嚴重了，腿感覺有變得健壯，但身上的肉還是鬆的:p(其實也不意外啦!)；3.讓我領悟到簡單的動作倒數3秒的"搭搭搭"聲有多麼地美妙，每次響起時簡直就是天籟!!!。
四.最終結論：運動真的是要可長可久的比較實在，14天即便有什麼效果也只是一時而已。總之，我對自己能夠完成這次的體能挑戰覺得蠻驕傲的。老娘終於可以不要再繼續這樣自虐了，我要回歸我原本佛系路線的運動方式。YA!!!
