其實Ingrid 沒離開過吧，一直都躲在歌唱挑戰裡XD
而且妳都說歇斯底里是外來語了，怎麼會是成語勒勒勒!!!
我記得間歇性斷食對運動減脂也有幫助，但還是不能亂吃啦。
