今天這部影片喜歡到聽了三次(^з^)-☆它提到的觀念蠻正確的呢,也真的是新手易犯哈哈~
*像是:
1.不要只做器材,可試試自由重量喔~順便練核心。(我也超愛free weight)
2.雖然小肌群也很重要,但複合性動作本身也會帶到它們,所以如果想進步得快一點,建議把主力放在深蹲、肩推等等上面⋯(所以不要再狂練二頭了啦!我說以前的自己xd)
