面試告一段落了，這裡想和大家分享一些我面試的心得。

我面試的是新加坡商人力顧問公司，顧名思義就是獵人頭的職涯顧問，但其實現在的顧問也有點像是業務的性質。
由於企業可能丟出他們想招募的職稱，你就得在茫茫大海中找出“可能”適合的人選，說實在這就跟我用人力銀行想找到很好的工作一樣。
Nearly impossible.
但我想顧問業會崛起多多少少也跟就業平台越來越不符合求職者和公司的需求。
Basically it means either job seekers, or recruiters, finding it rather difficult to find their ideal job (or helpers).

再來我想分享一下我面試的過程

禮拜四，也就是昨天，我一共和四位領導職面試。
分別是：Head of HR (人資主管)、Middle manager(中階主管)、Senior Manager(高階主管)以及台灣區的新加坡籍總經理 General Manager

其實面一輪下來除了聊天，也在了解公司的文化，還有自己到底是不是適合這份工作。
我印象很深刻的是不管是哪一個主管都跟我說其實公司是很高壓，因為新加坡是一個效率、結果導向的國家，也因此 KPI 和產出是最為重要的，因此非常需要強大的自律性和規劃能力。

當然最重要的是要會說話啦，畢竟是和人相關的工作。
我記得我要和總經理面試的時候覺得超緊張，因為感覺他很嚴肅又很兇(Sorry for being an appearance judger)，但其實蠻聊得來的。

總之，不論最後有沒有上，我都認為面試除了了解自己適合什麼以外，最重要的是要了解自己。

然後今天查了10/27 多益的成績
這個是我2017年4月之後第一次考，也是新題型的初次測驗。

成績是 Listening: 485 Reading: 420 Overall: 905

其實看到閱讀有那麼一點失望，覺得這次猜的題數比上次少，但分數卻比上次要低 10分
聽力則是有符合我的期望和模擬的分數，原本是預估要滿分，不過考試當天有點失常（有幾題沒有聽得很清楚就過去了，想當然耳也不可能會對），這也是我必須要再加強的部分。

總之，我想我近期應該不會再考多益，反而想準備雅思考試，還是對劍橋的考試比較有興趣。

打了有點多，準備要睡了，希望大家最近都能順心！
