It means to make you annoyed or make you angry.

2. crucial [ˋkruʃəl] (adj.) 決定性的；重要的；嚴厲的
= extremely important or necessary.

謝謝Maddy今天選了這個影片主題。

昨天我剛好被一個很資深的同事唸（她很大聲的對我說：我真的被你氣死！）

我有點委屈。
因為我只是臨時被叫去幫忙，不清楚細節⋯⋯只有她本人才知道所有的來龍去脈。她找我幫忙Ok ，但是出了問題我無法解決，最後還是得請她自己去處理，所以她很生氣。

她後來跟我道歉說她嗓門大了些。
我不怪她，只是ㄧ直在反省，下次該怎麼避免同樣的事情再發生⋯⋯

永遠要記得ㄧ件事：職場最好不要隨便發脾氣。不管誰對誰錯，發脾氣的人就輸了。（很吃虧啦！）

越有本事越沒脾氣，這句話害死人捏！都不敢發脾氣了！哈哈......有一種人很會欺負新人或弱勢者，適時反擊才能遠離禍事哦！^^
