我是純素者，不吃奶蛋，不過最近找到豆奶咖啡粉，讚！
兩版筆記，請大家指教。

Whip is a verb, it mean sto beat food, especially cream, with a special piece of equipment in order to make it thick and firm.
The equipment is called whisk(攪拌器).

When you whip cream, it becomes whipped cream. So cream, normally, it’s runny (稀的). It’s kinda like to thicken(使變濃) the milk or something, but you whip it, it becomes whipped cream, which is one of those cream that you get on your cake.

* Can you whip the cream to me? And don’t forget to add some sugar to give it a sweet taste.

There is not really exactly any taste to cream, it’s creamy, but if you don’t add any sugar or vanilla, it’s just gonna taste like anything, it’s gonna taste like milk.

Thick is an adjective. If something is thick, it means it’s not flowing easily, usually a liquid.

So let’s say Clam chowder, it’s kinda a thick soup. That means it’s not runny. Or a thick sauce like Béchamel(白醬), that would be a thick sauce.

I have a lot of friends, they don’t really like a thick soup. It’s just not the right consistency for them.

Creamy is an adjective. If something is creamy, it’s like cream or containing cream.

The milk tea is creamy, I like it, it’s really special.

… Cheese tea is like creamy, cheesy topping floating on your tea, it’s delicious. If you ever come to Taiwan or if you ever went [[應該是go?]] to New York, I know a lot of New Yorkers really love this Cheese tea, make sure you try it.

Consistency is a noun. It’s the physical nature of a substance, especially a thick liquid, for example by being thick or thin, smooth or lumpy(多塊狀的), etc.

This isn’t the consistency that I want for my cake batter. Keep working.

I’ve watched so many YouTube videos, like baking ones and stuff. They always say that consistency is the most important key when you’ baking.
So if you’re making a cake, you gotta make sure that your cake batter is the right consistency.

※Difference between whip and whisk：
→Whisking means just "a few quick, big stirs" with your whisk. If you use "whisk" in a non-food context, it implies "speed". In a food context, you might whisk together flour and baking powder, for instance, stirring them briefly with your whisk. If you whisk eggs, you're just stirring quickly for a few seconds to break them up.

→Whipping, on the other hand, implies "purpose". It implies an end goal you're working towards. If you're whipping cream, the motion is the same as if you were to whisk it—like stirring fast, but the motion is a relaxed flick of the wrist—but you will not stop "until the cream has roughly doubled in volume and is somewhat thickened".

有朋友加入救國團作蛋糕行列，結果買了兩包糖用光ㄔ光、大了兩圈！

But for my health, I have black coffee every morning.

罐子裝的煉乳，整罐不要打開，拿去煮1.5個小時，就會變成焦糖。沒錯呦！
我在餐廳廚房打工就是這樣煮的呦！

記得有一次去某餐廳傻傻的點了一杯愛爾蘭咖啡，喝了一口才知道是加了酒的咖啡，當場真的是嚇ㄧ跳！哈哈。傻傻的。
