我先偷跑一下
這時候我基本上已經在上班了哈哈
祝大家都有愉快的開工日

這幾天我稍微看了一下華航機師罷工的情況（身為政治系一定要看一下雙方斡旋的樣子）
首先
機師工會的主要訴求有五個
一、改善疲勞航班
二、副駕駛升訓制度透明化
三、保障國籍機師工作權
四、撤換破壞勞資關係的不稱職主管
五、比照長榮航空保障第13個月全薪，並納入團體協約，只限工會會員享有。

其實罷工真的是最後手段
如果不是資方和勞方的談判持續破局無法取得共識，誰會想冒著被離職的風險？
再者，最大的爭議就是為何要選在最多人搭飛機的春節罷工呢？
試想：如果他們今天選在半夜凌晨根本沒什麼人搭飛機的時段罷工，誰會鳥他們？他們的訴求有可能會被聽到嗎？
其實我觀察台灣人的民族性就是：NIMBY(Not in my backyard，在公共政策上稱為鄰避效應）意思就是：我不在意你們要怎樣弄，反正就是不要影響到我就對了，垃圾場、焚化爐、核電廠的抗議就是很好的例子。
我必須要說：在很多時候，我們的方便都是建築在某些人的不方便之上。
如果都沒人想犧牲付出，可想而知未來大家一定是越來越不方便的。
回到華航罷工，因為機師們爭取權益會影響到旅客的權益，可想而知一定會出現那些暴怒的嘴臉。
今天你可以因為別人爭取自身權益影響到自己而體諒，未來你爭取自己的權益大家也同樣會體諒你。
而不是我都只要自己好，別人的權益我沒差。
就像小時候長輩總要我們跟好的比，而不是一直爛下去。（這也是為啥大家對於韓國經濟大幅超越臺灣感到不平而遷怒在韓國的其他層面）

另一個批評的角度，也是我最看不起的批評法
他們都已經年薪200萬以上了，都沒想過有人更辛苦，醫師護理師都沒喊苦他們喊什麼苦？
首先，這就已經陷入了，反正你不是最苦的你就不能發生的窠臼。且機師們的高薪完全是靠自己的努力和技術所取得的，付出多少就得到多少，合理。
再來，醫生和護理師都大過勞而且沒罷工。
因為他們沒有工會啊，而且已經明定醫師不算勞工，所以不能罷工了。
我身邊就有護理師的朋友，他們當然很想罷工，因為真的非常累，多得是約到的就換工作不再從事醫療行業的。
試問，這真的是我們要的未來嗎？
不是最苦最累的不能喊苦爭取自己的權益，於是大家都想辦法換工作要不就是逃到國外去。
可想而知未來大家只能自求多福不生病了......

PS有鑒於還聽過，那華航改國營就好啦。
親愛的，華航一直以來都是官股過半的情況，從來沒有民營化，也許某些人批評前可以先看一些資料。不要只陷入出嘴的泥淖。

* I have slept in a bit to refuse to face the reality. Being sluggish on the first day back to work is my ritual.
