任性地改了一點標點符號,又任性地加了一小句...
然後第一個字我覺得是They're比較合理。
you truly cherish at the end of your life
what you should be chasing
They're the moments that you truly cherish at the end of your life. These are End goals, and these are what you should be chasing. Once you ask yourself, "what experiences do I want to have in my life?", you will identify what your End goals are, and you should actually write them down.

Personally, it’s what called the “ultimate concern” to me. To reach the gain you ultimately care about, you have to build up several small goals to go through with pain. After all, no gain without pain, isn’t it?
In real life, we have so many things tangled (交纏)together . Sometimes we can’t immediately see through the things and find out the real meaning of significance of them.

Q: How to live without regrets?
A: Humans aren't perfect. It's impossible to live without regrets. To have no regrets in my life means I'm not sorry for things I have/haven't done in the past, and I have everything I want/don't want. How is that possible?! There are tons of great advice for living a less regretful life, but personally, I would say that practice forgiveness is the most important one (& the most difficult!). Forgive those who hurt you and also forgive yourself for past failures and mistakes. Admit your mistakes, learn from them and then turn the page to the next chapter of your life.
