我聽到的句子跟給的有點不一樣 供參考 ！！

If we can get past the humiliation of envious feelings, we can start to see them as a set of clues about what we might do next. We should study and maybe "even" record on paper "the situation" and people that make us envious.

真的很喜歡每天在口說挑戰和大家交流，聽老師講解、單字介紹還有其他人的錄音，覺得每天自己都在進步！很開心

BTW這句似乎少了一個even: We should study and maybe even record on paper....還有these situations聽起來像the situations....
