- So this is gonna be a quick one, but i'm back here in japan's miyoko nikata area Thanks to well many of you for helping to support this local japanese hot sauce factory and the people working here Last year the workers in the small factory produced more hot sauce than they ever had in a single year And like me are extremely grateful because it was all of you who supported them and their local community Many of you ordered my palo from tokyo hot sauce and probably quickly found out that it's fire crafted from real deal carolina reapers all grown locally here by the very people working in this factory and Hand-blended by their skilled artisans with their umami rich premium kanzuri aged six years born uniquely from their snow-bathed chilies And Seriously because many of you asked for a milder version of my hot sauce We went back into the lab and after several months of trial and refinement We finally go into production today It was a true balancing act to craft the perfect blend which maintained the undeniable umami taste of my original palo from tokyo hot sauce But with a milder kick and we did it and i'm calling it umami ocean Because of its light and refreshing spiciness with a layered umami experience that's as rich and deep as the ocean And what sets this hot sauce apart from my original is that umami ocean makes use of three different locally grown chilies red habanero green habanero And their original miyoko chilies and then all hand blended with their premium six-year-aged kanzuri Shoyu and this time we've added a hint of yuzu Okay, and here it is.
