    • Nonetheless, tonight we have dinner reservations at the hotel's Okinawa Sicilian restaurant Same spot as breakfast Hopefully, he's going to feel a bit better after getting some food in his stomach So it's our last night and we decided to have their luxury course dinner Which uses Okinawan ingredients in their Sicilian cuisine Wow, just look at this amazingness I believe this is a prawn jelly with a carrot puree and you get ume budo on top Look how extravagant that looks right there Wow, it has a shrimp Such an interesting and delicate taste There's a carrot puree on top You don't find this in any fast food spots I love how even the towels smell a bit here It has kind of like a nice hibiscus smell Look at this It's served on top of the ocean That's amazing and it looks like it has some sea foam on top I think this is skipjack tuna and chilled tomato caponelli I don't even know if I deserve to be eating this It looks just too nice Wow, that's kind of super refreshing With the tomatoes, it has a little bit of a pop The sea foam has a little bit of saltiness Tuna has kind of a smoky taste to it This is quite an interesting platter Wow, look at this It says it's called a thunder bun Basically, it's a Ryukyu lacquerware that holds all of their cuisine They use it for the palace of the Ryukyu kingdom And we get it served to us today If you look inside, it's divided into 9 different pieces And supposedly it's supposed to show the splendor of all of the dynasty Thunder bun, I still can't understand thunder bun So this is the collagen tan poktong And bibigar with sourness lemon It's a tomato porridge base A classic Italian recipe with Okinawa seasoning Called koragesu And this is the goat kakitor Papaya botagara Creamy potato puree with octopus Tuna, prosciutto and fruit papaya And a caponata of nabera and eggplant Cauliflower purple sweet and potato frit Last but not least, an Italian rice croquet Arancini with a hint of shikawasa lemon Then it continued on to an amazing pasta dish Don't know if I'm going to pronounce it correctly But I'll sure try Tonarelli with a pork ragu sauce And grouper cartoccio And Okinawan white fish baked in a paper wrapper It was super moist and had the perfect savory seasoning Check this out, we have some wagyu from Kumamoto And it smells amazing too Let's take a bite of this I thought that was going to be like a tomato slice But it's actually a sauce Really nice, kind of savory The meat tastes like it's been smoked And has kind of like a nutty flavor This is life more than I ever imagined Too extravagant for me This is just so much food I thought that last one was the last one But this is the last one apparently Wolfie's going crazy We're just going to call it a night right here Alright, so good morning We have arrived We are checking out this morning It was an awesome trip We just wanted to say thank you guys for watching the video If you guys like this video, hit that like button If you guys want to see more videos like this or anything related to Japan Hit that subscribe button and the bell button And we'll catch you guys in the next one Good job
