And that is manipulation, being used by somebody. According to the video today, below are the ten signs that you might be manipulated by someone in your life and you might need to think about it and take action if it’s happening to you right now.

Number one, they constantly make you prove yourself.

So here’s something interesting; after listing it out, I realized I’m not manipulated by anyone at the moment. But, I’ve been manipulating people unconsciously in the past out of being needy or immature. So it’s not just important to identify the abuser in your relationship but also reflect on yourself.
