What’s up, VoiceTubers. My name is Ingrid and you’re listening to today’s pronunciation challenge. Question, do you think you are held back by yourself? If so, do you know why? I’m going to list 6 thoughts we might have that are actually stopping us from achieving our best selves. Becoming aware of the thoughts below will help us unlearn some of them that we don’t like and live a more fulfilling life.

I am not worthy, good enough, something is wrong with me.
我不配、我不夠好、我有問題。
I must betray myself or parts of myself in order to be loved and chosen.

I must compete, smear or tear down others in order to win or get what I want.

People will never stay and will always abandon us.
