當個素食者多年，我個人感覺影響最大的是"情緒"。

不知道該怎麼說...感覺每天心情都充滿了能量吧...
現代生活中到處都會有壓力點，但吃素之後，感覺內在充滿了能量去抵抗外在壓力吧。雖然我吃素的原因只是喜歡動物而已~

有些不認識的人問"為什麼吃素?"我會說原因吧
但也有些人是抱著嘲諷的語氣問我"為什麼吃素?"，我都會說

"我爽就好了，甘你屁事？"

之前又吃素網紅吃到最後改吃葷食
原因是因為吃素吃到停經了
結論就是要視自己的情況適度吃素
