achieve (v.) 實現；達到
句子中的 achieve a goal 就是達成目標的意思，achieve 也可用 reach 代替。那麼這兩者的差別在於 achieve 側重為達到目的所需的技巧、忍耐和努力，而 reach 則沒有。

+ It will be next to impossible(幾乎是不可能的) to achieve the best results.

reach = arrive at : 經過談判或者協商而達成

3. process [ˋprɑsɛs] (n.)過程，步驟 = a series of actions that you take in order to achieve a result
