【心得】週六我聆聽我突發的直覺，結果體驗到了往生的感覺："好傻好天真"的我突然腦子進水，不怕死的決定要嘗試網路上的 Chloe Ting’s 2 Weeks Shred Challenge 運動挑戰(還好有含2天休息日https://www.chloeting.com/program/2019/two-weeks-shred-challenge.html)，真心覺得這項運動挑戰可以列入滿清第13大酷刑，沒想到做不到幾分鐘我就想要打退堂鼓。(這跟我以往隨意運動的級別簡直天差地遠，我以往都是走佛系運動路線)。不過，想說一生就體驗這麼一次好了，還是堅持看看吧!如果我能完成這項挑戰，這輩子打死我也不做第2次，還是回歸佛系比較容易持續下去。總之這項挑戰，我會盡量把最累的排到放假日做，不一定要14天內完成(不確定加班後的晚上還能做得下去> <)，可以拉長天數。希望我能完成:p 想體驗”自掘墳墓是啥感覺”的人歡迎一起加入;)

覺得協槓沒有不好，但要發自內心阿~不是為了趕流行~ 多嘗試不同東西，可以當作探索自己興趣與潛能的過程~ 但至少還是要有一個可以養活自己的技能拉~我覺得....
