感覺不是每個人都會去研究營養學算熱量，所以過程要越簡單才越容易持續，還要挑自己喜歡的食物才不會有剝奪感！原則上我是用盤子劃分40%蛋白質、40%纖維碳水、20%澱粉碳水，注意不要太油就好，不吃糖就可以換六塊雞了｡:.ﾟヽ(*´∀`)ﾉﾟ.:｡

I did try the Keto diet! It works well the first few weeks and I lost a ton of weight. But I quickly grew tired of eating so much FAT. I couldn't continue because I missed my carbs.
