Opinions
I personally believe one of the key factors that makes people nowadays are so mentally fragile is due to the increasing cyber bullying. People are much easier to criticise/ chastise others in words than centuries ago. What's more, they are not responsible for what they have said. / they are exempted from committing a crime by attacking others without any proofs. (It is changing nowadays. But most of the time they do not take the responsibility.)
Moreover, another reason would be that people indulge themselves in their echo chamber(同溫層); thus they feel that the world is going to fall apart when realising the world is not working that way(in their way).

I admit that I am not a mentally strong person, but I do love those constructive criticisms(建設性批判).
