It's a interesting topic.

I love the British accent, so elegant and noble! While some assure that accents do not really matter, discrimination toward the non-mainstreamers still can be seen. Especially in Taiwan, if you speak more native-like, you get headturns and wows, which will never happen to those Chinglish speakers.
