【心得】沒有足夠自我價值感的人容易委曲求全，長久下來不但會嚴重內傷，也會慢慢失去自我。(莫名其妙突然跑進腦海一段旋律，就清唱一下囉!^^)

在育兒生活中，有時候會覺得自己失去了價值，特別是情緒湧現的時候，三月份的我其實過得很糟，幸好現在走出來了。

抽空時透過書寫文字自來抒發，也藉此讓自己覺得還是能創造生產力的。啊，有工作好幸福呀！育兒雖然也很幸福，但還很需要自己的獨處時間me time ♥
