Here's what I checked the usage of "agree on", "agree with", "agree to" on the internet! :)
1.agree on something
-it means people have the same opinion about something (eg. issue, debate....)
2.agree with someone/ something
-it means people accept the point of someone/ something
3.agree to
-people agree to do something
-agree to the demands/ queries
