arrange for 是強調我是負責準備安排這件事的人 = prepare for

arrange for 人、物 + to V.

Sometimes you will have to arrange meetings, don’t forget to discuss how to divide(劃分) the workload fairly beforehand(預先).

1. arrange [əˋrendʒ] (v.) 安排；整理；準備；改編（樂曲）
To put into proper order or into a correct or suitable sequence(順序), relationship(關係), or adjustment(調整).
* to arrange flowers in a vase(花瓶)

The second definition for arrange is to make preparations (準備) for.
* to arrange a reception(接待) for the visitor

The third definition for arrange is to adapt a musical composition(樂曲) by scoring for voices or instruments other than those[for which] originally written.

There is a huge difference in meaning of whether if you put for after arrange. If you simply use arrange that means to plan(計畫).
And if you use arrange for that means prepare(準備) for, you’re the one in charge(負責).
*Sometimes you will have to arrange meetings, don’t forget to discuss how to divide(劃分) the workload fairly beforehand(預先).

It means in an acceptable or a suitable way, or in an accurate(準確的) or correct way.

ability [əˋbɪlətɪ] (n.) 能力；才智
We have three definitions here. The first definition is the quality or state(狀態) of being able, especially physical, mental, or legal(合法的) power to do something.
The second one is the confidence(信心) in doing something.
The third one is natural ability or [acquired(養成的) proficiency(熟練)].
* What would you do if you had the ability to do anything you want?

[What’s] more? Ability is a suffix(字尾).
vulnerability 脆弱性、弱點
acceptability 可接受度
adaptability 適應性

… The video makes me think a lot about my job and my life. Sometimes we might be forced to do something under the pressure of having to earn a living. But our jobs still play a important role in our life, that is why we need to think it through. Maybe the professor is not completely correct, but to think about these questions in a different way is still helpful...
