而且最後一天，我的頭超痛，有夠受不了的。這些地方的食物應該是要好吃、便宜又方便才對呀！
【心得】不管是只吃蔬菜水果或只吃垃圾食物，營養素都會不足。我們很容易有種迷思認為「變瘦或身材勻稱(fit)就代表健康」，但即便有六塊肌也未必就健康(我發誓我真的沒有在酸葡萄XD)。健康的關鍵應該是要攝取足夠的營養素，讓身體可以正常運作，又不給身體太大的負擔，但這個要做到，難度更高(我是做不到> <)，而且說實在的，大多數的人都還是重視外在的身型勝過重視健康。

之前有聽過一個醫生的演講，他說如果我們貪嘴吃了不健康的食物，那就要趕快吃解藥。

解藥：蔬菜水果。

我有點想不通，影片裡說吃沙拉會鹽過量。不知道鹽是哪裏來的呢？是沙拉醬嗎？

吃cheese burger不加醬會不會比較健康一點呢？

Subway的沙拉可以吃，但是別家的沙拉不推薦？！不知道我的理解是否正確？
