4:30am...大概都是我最近看完足球剛準備要睡覺的時間吧
真的很慶幸世足剛好是在失業期間XD
雖然冠軍賽隔天就要上工了 但一定還是要看完的啦！

day35 紀律真的是很重要的事情，人總是有惰性。
分享一個最近的心情，這陣子非常的焦慮，因為我把生活調整的為了我的夢想目標去努力，幾乎把一切都給拋開或是暫停著，想當然爾身邊大多是不看好、或是以現實考量所以持反對的聲音，不知道大家有沒有過類似的經驗？其實聽到那些聲音心裡面都會很拉扯...
而更因為這樣子的過程，所以講到紀律就非常有感啊～畢竟偶爾自己發懶的時候，就會超級有罪惡感的！就像要四點半起床...
