- Leadership is a very important quality in a workplace.

- I don't think I'm ready to be in a position of leadership.

- Honesty, openness and confidence are the qulities I look for in a leader.
+ 誠實地說，直爽和自信是我在領導者身上尋找的特質。
* lead [lid] (v.) 引導
- In order to be a leader, you don't need power and money. You just need to know how to lead.
+ 要成為一個領導者，你不需要權力及金錢，你只需要懂得如何領導。
* lead如果發音為 "l誒d [lɛd]" 有兩種意思，一個是lead的過去式，另一個是(n.)鉛

- People won't understand unless you learn how to articulate yourself.
+ 除非你學會如何清楚地表達，否則別人不會懂的。

* =You are able to articulate your ideas.
- She is a very articulate person.
+ 她是個非常善於表達的人。

* consensual [kənˋsɛnsjʊəl] (adj.) 在雙方同意下成立的
* 常用於形容一段關係
- The relationship is consensual.
+ 這段關係是在雙方同意下成立的。
- Even though the relationship was consensual, it's still violate company's policy.
+ 雖然這是段兩廂情願的感情，但還是違反公司的政策。
* consent [kənˋsɛnt] (n.) 同意
- Nobody is allowed to enter without written consent.
+ 沒有書面同意的情況下，沒有人被允許進入。

其實會辭掉上一份工作的主要原因
不是因為不喜歡工作內容本身
而是公司高層沒有一個人講話可以算得上是articulate...
他們講出來的話 會讓人懷疑自己是不是看不懂中文
明明每個字都看得懂 但真的不知道他在說什麼欸

最近拿到了新工作的offer
一個是離我家騎車只要五分鐘 但感覺很古板的老公司
另一個是離家半小時的新創公司 好糾結啊

領導者必須要擁有洞察力、要能夠清楚地表達你的想法，這樣周遭的人才能理解，還要能夠讓大家達成共識。

I thought that I am a leader also as a follower, it depends on what things that I and my group are doing.
