有好幾天沒錄口說，因家有急事，奔回後隔天急事成了喪事。而這次的經歷讓我感受很深，很想找個地方說話話，希望大家不介意字多佔版面。

在死亡的面前，
我們都變得極其渺小，
我想我還在學習這人生課題。

這幾天看著她從插管、掙扎、急救、離開，看著儀表上維持的橫線，和圍繞在旁的醫護人員們，我覺得好不真實，可卻又真實的不禁發抖。

在病人無法以口語表達的狀況下，
是要堅持下去繼續痛苦的治療呢？
還是放棄治療，然後一起走過最後？

在無法確認對方的心意下，是極為兩難又掙扎的選擇。或許病人想拔掉呼吸器，好好的走過最後時刻，但家屬卻又多麼希望病人能夠好好撐住活下來。

經過這一次，我決定要準備做好生前溝通，與家人說明已簽好的器官捐贈同意書，還有死後希望被處理的方式。希望當那一天到來時，我們都可以不懼怕的面對。

It means to like someone or to be attracted to someone.
Tanya has a crush on George.
Tanya likes George.
She has romantic feelings with him. She's attracted to him.
1.2 crush [krʌʃ] (n.) 迷戀；迷戀的對象
it is an attraction to someone. or a kind of feeling of love for someone basically you like someone.
It's just a crush. Nothing will ever actually come of it.
That would mean, you like someone, you're attracted to them but you never actually be a relationship with them. It’s just a crush.
A crush can also mean a person you like

Head over heels means madly or completely in love.
I'm head over heels for him.
I fell head over heels in loves with him.
2.1 lead sb on (phr.) 勸誘某人相信或做某事
It means to persuade someone to believe something that is not true. And usually when we say lead someone on we’re talking about making someone think that you like them or you’re interested in them romantically even though you actually don’t.

2.2 play games (phr.) 欺騙，耍花招
It means to try to deceive someone or to behave in some way that’s not serious or honest.

To play hard to get means to pretend you’re less interested in someone than you really are as a way of making them more interesting in you. And there is something that tends to happen at the start of a romantic relationship

第一次被暗戀是國小的時候，有小女生丟情書到我家院子。當時覺得她那樣很好笑，可是後來她不理我的時候，反而覺得有點失落。

第一次暗戀別人是國三的時候，喜歡隔壁班的一個女生，不過到畢業的時候都還沒有跟她有任何的交集。後來發現我們念同一間五專， 你是想辦法跟她進了同一個社團。在專三那年的園遊會終於鼓起勇氣向她表白，結果收了一張好人卡。

I don’t remember my first crush. But I had crush on my girlfriend before we are in the relationship.

She asked me out for a movie. According to her, it was only an invitation from friend cause she couldn’t find someone else to go with her.

When I saw her on that day, a thought came up to my mind: damn she is so cute and I want to kiss her on her face. I didn’t tell her on that day cause I was afraid of scaring her. But I did tell her 2 months later. She rejected me at the first place. I just kept being her friend, showing up in front her all the time, acting like nothing happened before.

Turns out I am smart. She told me she is really into me and want me to be her girlfriend.

So, we are in a relationship now.

【心得】現在的社會"愛不到就殺死你"的案件越來越多，應對都要特別有技巧，還是不要亂誤導人比較好。(這個影片講者的訂閱數是1千3百多萬耶!!!，可能都超過一些國家的人口數了)
