Overcoming depression has been a big feat for me. Not letting it back in to control my life has been a tough and daily struggle, but looking back, I can't believe I've lived this many years feeling happy and loved.

Today's video talks about stranger's proudest story. Do you have any proudest moment that can share somebody else?
I think it is a very special experience to read stranger's proudest moment because you can see things differently. For instant, if someone says a great achievement, it's to that say to watch a horror movie. For you it might be nothing but for that person it means a lot
it means that he or she have to overcome a lot of fear. So my point is 'never judge a book by its cover.' Thinks might be different.

I overcame my fear of eating vegetables.

He has finally conquered his fear of heights

His company shut down joining the period of economic recession.

戰勝憂鬱症是我的一大成就。雖然要讓憂鬱症不會再度回來掌控我的人生，真的很困難，而且我每天都持續在努力當中，但回過頭看，我真的不敢相信我居然撐過了這麼多年，而且活得既快樂又感覺到被愛。
