【心得】每個人希望被愛的方式不同，與其一廂情願地堅持用自己的方式，還不如去瞭解對方要的方式是什麼。這就好比在數學考卷上作答，即便是畫了一幅曠世鉅作，也會因為文不對題，而得到零分。但說實在要瞭解對方的需求還真不容易啊～，有時連自己要什麼都說不準了。

有時我們真的只想要對方傾聽陪伴就好 不需言語 更不須理智地為我們分析. “嗯” “我了解” 這兩句或許就足夠了
